International impact

Globalization and new technologies have created world-wide opportunities, encouraging diversity and international collaboration over the five continents. Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo has launched, amongst others, two notable initiatives:

• Euro-Latam Lex (Ellex): An association made up of independent firms who offer legal and business services between Latin America and Europe. Members are independent and can form part of other professional organizations.¡
• The International Financial Litigation Network (IFLN)- This network, co-founded  by Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, responds to an increase in financial cases of international importance. The IFLN is composed of over 20 law firms, who share experiences, resources and knowledge to resourcefully resolve some of the most complex cases.

Multinational and foreign companies form a significant part of our clientele, based in the United States, the UK, Canada, Switzerland, Portugal, France, Germany, Israel, China, Morocco and Korea.

In order to strengthen and provide our services on an international scale, Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo has forged relationships with law firms in 14 countries. We are currently advancing an international development plan based on new collaboration agreements, to distribute and recruit the best talent.

The international character of our Advisory Council contributes significantly to the service we provide, which reflects a cultural familiarity and intellectual understanding of the different legal systems.
